Used to be a regular here, but over time I've grown pretty disappointed. Compared to other boba spots I visit, the drinks taste artificial and not very fresh. The bigger issue is that my stomach consistently hurts after their drinks, something that doesn't happen at any other boba place I go to. Unfortunately I can't recommend it.

They have an excellent selection and hot tea brewed to order was a rare, welcome sight. I especially appreciate that they have grab and go iced fruit teas half price.

Only giving this place one star because the inside was cute. The drinks were horrible. We ordered a thai tea with boba, 2 fruit smoothie boba drinks, and a cookie and cream smoothie. The smoothies had no fruit just seemed to have syrup and ice. The thai tea tasted watered down and the oreo smoothie tasted like it was also a syrup. There was only one person working and the place was very busy or I would have requested a refund.

This place has good ambience, friendly staff. I ordered lychee and mango pineapple smoothie with boba, and honestly it had neither of the taste. Bland, too much icy, lacked sweetness. May be this place is only for teas and not for smoothies. I ordered large, which is enough for 2-3. Quantity wise worth of money but flavor wise naaaaaa and disappointing.

I thought the kids menu would be healthy or natural but the Mango Pineapple was just Ice water with flavored syrup 6.25 for sugar water Yes I did order it water based vs milk I came here after boba time closed but it doesn’t compare. Boba Time had Real fruit Actually, I just remembered if you’re looking for real smoothies with actual fruit oddly enough Clean River water store sells which is exactly where I went to next. It’s next to Vallarta We got the dragon berry and mango

My wife wanted to stop by here to get her Jasmin Milk Tea and get her mom a drink too. She would always come here after getting out of College of the Canyons so since we were in the area, she wanted to stop by. She got me the green apple slush here before and it tasted so water down so I never order it from here again. When we came today, they were not busy at all so we were able to put in my wife order right away. For the bathroom here you'll need a key that you get from the worker. The drink came out quick and my wife along with her mom loved their drinks. I looked at their menu to see if they had any snacks or food but they didn't have much.

My new favorite local spot to study or get some work done. Been here a few times and the orders always come out quickly. My order is a regular iced rose peach green tea with honey instead of sugar, no boba or milk ($4). Simplistic esthetic, spaced out seating, chill music playing, polite staff and clean gender neutral bathroom. Definitely would recommend over the busy chain coffee place across the street.

Amazing store, not like other chain stores. Offers many flavors and any combination that you want, as well as toppings, sweetness, milk and tea type. I love the interior of the store, very minimalist and nice lighting. Highly recommend if you’re ever in the area.
